When Searching for
Hilton Head Vacation Rentals,
Don’t Overlook This One

In my unbiased opinion one villa stands out above all other Hilton Head vacation rentals.

Vacation planners please take note: 4201 Hilton Head Resort, Hilton Head Island is the non-pareil of Hilton Head vacation rentals. It is the paragon of vacation virtue. It is the longed-for Mecca of the weary pilgrim. The standard for all that follow.

Coincidentally, I just happen to own 4201 Hilton Head Resort. What besides raw prejudice could lead me to such a conclusion.

Well for one thing, 4201 Hilton Head Resort is one of the few 3-bedroom villas on the entire Hilton Head Island. Two-bedroom villas are everywhere and 4-bedrooms are not uncommon, but you will search far and wide to find very few 3-bedroom villas. That’s what makes 4201 such a jewel amongst the comparative rubble of Hilton Head vacation rentals.

So what, you might ask. Well, when you are considering Hilton Head vacation rentals, 2-bedrooms may be too few and 4-bedrooms may be too many, but 3-bedrooms is just right.

It’s perfect for the traditional American family vacationing with 1.8 children on average. One bedroom for mom, one bedroom for dad, and one bedroom for the 1.8 kids.

On top of that, it’s the best choice for snowbirds who may be traveling south for the winter. You’ve got one bedroom for the two inseparables, one guest bedroom, and one bedroom that doubles as an office.

And that reminds me of the other thing that makes 4201 unique among Hilton Head vacation rentals. The versatility of it all.

Imagine stepping through the front door of 4201 into the spacious living room, running the entire depth of the villa. To your right is the kitchen and dining area. At the far end of the living room on the left is the corner balcony with the picture perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean (a partial picture at least).

At the far end of the living room to the right imagine a set of double French doors opening into the guest bedroom. Straight-away through the doors is a hideaway bed, folded up into a couch. In the corner to the left is a built-in desk with a computer. On the right hand wall is a set of bookshelves.

In its current configuration with doors open the bedroom serves as an extension of the living room, a huge L-shaped area. With doors closed, and curtains drawn, the room reverts to a guest bedroom.

Alternatively, the room may serve as an office/den hideaway during the long winter months. Lavish paintings of ocean beaches grace the walls. Foot-square tile run diagonally throughout, with throw-rugs for warmth.

And then there’s the undeniable fact that 4201 is part of a larger complex of 4 buildings comprising the Hilton Head Resort. This complex was formerly called “The Four Seasons”, which hints at the variety of its attractions. But that’s the subject of another web page.

When it comes to Hilton Head rentals it doesn’t get much better than this. With all of these breath-taking accouterments, you won’t want to delay another moment. Make your reservation now and beat all the greedy people who are clamoring at the door of 4201 Hilton Head Resort.

Of course, if you simply must have a two bedroom villa (or a 4-bedroom) I can arrange for you to get one at a discount. If that is the situation, you can reach me at 503-658-1755 or 503-867-3831.
